Olga Bushkova

Olga Bushkova (1988*) is a Zurich-based visual artist. Growing up in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, Olga studied in Rostov State University and has a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. Right after her graduation in 2011 Olga moved to Zürich, Switzerland, following her husband who got a job in Google.

Since then Olga became interested in photography and has produced two photobooks: “A Google Wife” and “How I tried to convince my husband to have children”.

Since 2016 Olga has been working on a project about communication with her father – “Photo at 12”.
Olga’s artistic practice is heavily focused on using photography as a tool that helps dealing with everyday life issues.
