Biography

Born and raised in the Jura, Léa Girardin uses photography as a way to explore her relationship with her mother, her body and what it means to represent ‘reality’. She is a graduate from the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (BA in fine arts with a specialization in photography) and from the Hoschule für Gestaltung und Kunst, Basel (MA in Visual communication and iconic research).
